1. Company Information

KTV-Entertainment GmbH (“the Company”) is a company registered in Switzerland. The Company develops, operates, and provides private karaoke locations, karaoke concepts, and related services.

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern:

  • The use of KTV-Entertainment GmbH’s private karaoke locations by guests and clients.

  • The design, delivery, and implementation of karaoke concepts, equipment, and services for B2B clients.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Reservations for private karaoke sessions must be confirmed in advance.

  • Payments for sessions, rentals, or services must be made as specified in the booking agreement.

  • For B2B projects, payment terms are outlined in the contract.

4. Use of Facilities & Equipment

  • Guests must use the facilities and equipment responsibly.

  • Any damage caused by the guest may result in additional charges.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, branding, and designs provided by KTV-Entertainment GmbH remain the property of the Company.

  • Clients may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit intellectual property without written consent.

6. Liability

  • The Company is not liable for personal injury or property loss incurred during the use of its facilities, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • For B2B projects, liability is limited to the value of the service or product provided.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Guest cancellations must be made in accordance with the booking policy.

  • Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Company unless otherwise agreed.

  • B2B project cancellations or delays may incur fees as outlined in the contract.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.

  • Data is used solely for the purpose of service delivery, billing, and communication.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These T&C are governed by Swiss law.

  • Any disputes arising from the use of KTV-Entertainment GmbH’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.

10. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Clients and guests will be informed of material changes in a reasonable manner.
